Reservation and Payment Terms: To secure your spot on this adventure, full payment is required upon booking. Please note that all payments are now 100% upfront to ensure meticulous planning and reservation of high-quality experiences for our group. Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 2.25% fee to cover processing costs.


Refunds and Cancellations: In the event of cancellation by us due to not meeting the minimum group size, participants will receive a full refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. This includes covering any credit card processing fees, ensuring no out-of-pocket loss for our travelers.

Flight Bookings: We advise holding off on flight bookings until the trip's confirmation. Timely updates will be provided to all participants, ensuring you have the necessary information to book flights confidently as soon as our minimum has been met. We recommend that you consider travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for additional security.
